Return Policy

  • The Customer or Company may withdraw and cancel services and refund the transaction at any time before we pick up the load. The only way items leave our truck/trailer is after payment.
  • Dallman, Inc. (The Company) is a Wyoming registered business. 
  • The Company may refuse or re-schedule bookings for any reason. (Weather, rude customers, vehicle break downs, and etc.)



Refund policy:

  • We check items before we load them. If anything is damaged let the driver know before they leave, that way they can credit you.
  • After we leave, we are not liable for damages. As we can't check all items due to certain packaging most likely you need to contact the seller of your items.
